Building of the Year - Office (Large)

This award will reward the construction of a building on the Island of Ireland that is over 150,000 sq. ft. and demonstrates excellence in design as well as a commitment to sustainability and the local community in which it resides.

This award is not open to fit out, refurbishment or interior architecture projects.

Who can enter: architects (individuals, firms, departments), or a project collaborator (if submitted jointly with the architect).
