UAE-based luxury real estate developer The Luxe Developers has formalised an AED 150 million (€38.6 million) interior fit-out contract with Interiors International Industries for its Oceano development on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, as reported by Construction Business News Middle East.

Interiors International Industries, a Dubai-headquartered turnkey fit-out specialist with more than two decades of regional and international project experience, has been embedded within The Luxe Developers' project team since early 2026. The firm is working alongside main contractor China State Construction Engineering Corporation, coordinating fit-out works with the structural and MEP packages as the development transitions into its finishing phase.

Oceano comprises 225 ultra-luxury residences across two interconnected towers, distinguished by rotating floor plates, a sky bridge design, and panoramic Arabian Gulf views. The AED 1.5 billion (€386 million) beachfront development sold out ahead of schedule and also includes 11 retail units alongside an extensive amenity programme covering infinity pools, spa and wellness facilities, a cigar lounge, a viewing deck, and a chauffeur lounge.

Interiors International's completed portfolio includes Atlantis The Royal, Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, The Savoy and The Dorchester in London, and Six Senses Southern Dunes in Saudi Arabia.
