AtkinsRéalis Group Inc. (TSX: ATRL), a leading global engineering services and nuclear company, has announced the acquisition of C2AE, Inc., a Michigan-based architecture and engineering firm with eight offices and approximately 120 professionals across Michigan and upstate New York.
The acquisition strengthens AtkinsRéalis’ footprint in the U.S. Upper Midwest and enhances its technical capabilities in key growth markets, particularly Water, Transportation, and Buildings & Places.
Founded in 1966, C2AE provides architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services to state and local governments, transportation agencies, and private-sector clients.
