Dubai-headquartered international architecture and design firm NKEY Architects has expanded its UAE portfolio to more than 250 active projects, with over 60 completed to date, as the firm scales its operations across the emirate and wider Gulf region.
ME Construction News reported that residential projects, including villas and apartments, account for around 80% of current activity, with the remaining 20% covering commercial developments across food and beverage, hospitality, and related asset classes.
The firm's UAE portfolio spans Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, with luxury residential demand particularly strong in locations such as Al Barari, Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, La Mer, and Palm Jumeirah.
NKEY operates as a full-cycle practice, offering architectural design, interior design, turnkey project delivery, and construction supervision from a single point of contact. The Dubai headquarters supports a global portfolio of over 500 residential and commercial projects across more than 45 countries, including high-rise developments in Brazil and Canada, a large-scale shopping mall project in Marrakech, Morocco, and private commissions from Australia.
Nataliia Melnyk, founder of NKEY Architects, said Dubai's steadiness continues to justify the firm's confidence in the city as a long-term global headquarters, reflecting the strength of the local market, the country's reputation as a safe and reliable destination, and the seriousness with which the city continues to shape its built environment.
The company's expansion is supported by a team of over 150 professionals, coordinating architectural direction, project management, and operational support across the UAE, the Middle East, and selected international markets.
NKEY was founded in 2018 and relocated its global headquarters to Dubai earlier in 2026, following sustained growth in the Middle East, which now accounts for approximately 80% of its active client portfolio.
