Ireland’s most prestigious celebration of architectural excellence is back, entries are now open for the Building and Architect of the Year Awards 2025, honouring the visionaries shaping the nation’s built environment.

The awards recognise outstanding achievement, innovation, and design excellence across Ireland’s architecture and construction sectors, offering professionals a platform to showcase their most inspiring work and gain national recognition.

This year’s categories span a wide spectrum of disciplines, including Outstanding Contribution to Architecture, Architectural Practice of the Year, Rising Star in Architecture, and multiple Building of the Year awards across the sectors.

Submissions are open from September 30th, 2025, until December 19th, 2025. Architects, designers, and firms across Ireland are invited to put their best projects forward, from groundbreaking new builds to transformative restorations.
