Stockton-on-Tees’ £23 million regeneration project has reached a pivotal stage, as Esh Construction installs 47 concrete beams for a landmark land bridge connecting the High Street to the River Tees. Designed to improve accessibility and anchor the town’s new urban park, the structure forms part of a broader transformation set to reshape the town centre into a nationally recognised public destination.

Granite and resin finishes will complete the deck, with plans for event spaces, an amphitheatre and play areas underway.
