How to Enter
All entrants must submit a document of no more than 5 A4 pages that covers the key criteria set out for the category they are entering.
Before submitting your entry, please review the Terms and Conditions and ensure the following:
- All activities mentioned in support of your entries must have been ongoing within the past 12 months.
- The submitting party must have an office in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, and the projects supporting their entry must have occurred in these areas, unless otherwise specified in the category criteria.
- Ensure your submission emphasises factual information supported by facts and figures.

Items Checklist
Items Checklist for Adjudication:
- Entry Document: Your submission must be a maximum of 5 A4 pages in PDF format, including all supporting materials such as graphs and testimonials. A cover page is not required. The PDF should be in Portrait format.
Items Checklist for Event Production:
- 50-word Entry Summary (300 characters max): Provide a concise summary of your entry in the third person. This summary will be included in the Awards' event guide.
- 2 High-Quality JPEG Photos relevant to your entry: Ensure these are at least 300dpi. These photos will represent your entry in the Awards' audio-visual presentation.
*Please note: No collages, logos, watermarks, or CGI are permitted.
Maximum File Size: Each file must not exceed 8 MB.
